Say hello to the newly revamped Employee Referral program!

We know our existing employee referral program has been tough (shall we even say painful?) to navigate.  We have been working diligently to make it better.  After all, statistics show time and time again the most powerful avenue for hiring great associates come from referrals currently in the company.  Enough said.

Here is how it works:

  • Read the Guidelines below
  • Fill out the fields and be sure to attach a resume
  • Click submit — that’s it!

A Few Guidelines (aka The Fine Print):

    1. External candidates and candidates that used to work for Crestline are fair game – no current associates please!
    2. Only one referral award can be given per candidate, so act quickly!  If a candidate is referred by more than one employee, the first referral received will be the one rewarded provided you referred the winning hire.
    3. We have thrown in extra coin/loot/dough or whatever you like to call it into the referral award.  They are now as follows:

      $2,000.00 for General Managers
      $1,000.00 for Directors or Management at the property level
      $1,000.00 for Corporate Employees

    4. The half now/half later rule is in effect!  Should you refer someone who is hired, we’ll give you half on the first pay period after their start date and half six (6) months after they have been with the company.

    5. All incentives will have applicable taxes withheld. (…you’ll have to petition your local Congressman if you want this one to change!)

    6. Managers are not eligible for the referral award for positions in their department, those they directly supervise, or those in which they have a hiring decision or influence.
