We know our existing employee referral program has been tough (shall we even say painful?) to navigate. We have been working diligently to make it better. After all, statistics show time and time again the most powerful avenue for hiring great associates come from referrals currently in the company. Enough said.
Here is how it works:
$2,000.00 for General Managers
$1,000.00 for Directors or Management at the property level
$1,000.00 for Corporate Employees
The half now/half later rule is in effect! Should you refer someone who is hired, we’ll give you half on the first pay period after their start date and half six (6) months after they have been with the company.
All incentives will have applicable taxes withheld. (…you’ll have to petition your local Congressman if you want this one to change!)
Managers are not eligible for the referral award for positions in their department, those they directly supervise, or those in which they have a hiring decision or influence.
