Leah McFarland

As Senior Vice President of Revenue Strategy, Leah is responsible for leading the team that identifies successful revenue strategies and e-commerce initiatives for the maximization of profit. Leah joined Crestline in 2024 from her previous position with MCR Hotels where she was Vice President of Revenue Management & E-commerce. Leah has previously held management positions with both Winegardner & Hammons Hotel Group and White Lodging.

Leah began her career as Sales Manager at the Indianapolis Marriott North. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University and has earned numerous certifications in Revenue Management.
