Crestline Hotels & Resorts Appointed by Trinity Hotel Investors, LLC, to Manage Two St. Paul Hotels --
The Crowne Plaza St. Paul Riverfront Hotel and The City Center Hotel St. Paul
St. Paul, MN / McLean, VA – March 3, 2006 – Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc. today announced its appointment by New York based Trinity Hotel Investors, LLC as the new management company for two landmark St. Paul, MN hotels: the upscale 475 guest room Crowne Plaza St. Paul Riverfront Hotel (formerly the Radisson Riverfront St. Paul) and the 250 guest room City Center Hotel St. Paul (formerly the Radisson City Center St. Paul). The two hotels were recently purchased by Trinity Hotel Investors.

The Crowne Plaza St. Paul Riverfront Hotel
The newly re-branded, Crowne Plaza St. Paul Riverfront Hotel recently underwent a complete renovation to its 475 upscale guest rooms and suites. Additional improvements are planned for the 55,000 square feet of meeting space, and public areas. The hotel is located at 11 East Kellogg Boulevard, in the heart of the Twin Cities Business district and offers skyway access to adjacent businesses and shopping. The hotel sits atop the bluffs of the Mississippi River offering an exceptional view and world-class service.
The hotel’s recently renovated guest rooms offer spacious comfort with high speed T-1 internet access, an executive desk, and a dual telephone line with voicemail. The City Center Hotel St. Paul
The City Center Hotel St. Paul will undergo a renovation that will include all guest rooms and public facilities. The hotel is located in downtown St. Paul at 411 Minnesota Street. It offers an inside walkway to the government center and retail space. For meetings the hotel offers more than 8,200 square feet of meeting space including a 4,000 square foot ballroom.
