This structure provides the strong backbone necessary to drive higher revenue and profitability for all Crestline managed properties.

Bruce Nelker

Senior Vice President of Operations


Bruce Nelker is a Senior Vice President of Operations for Crestline Hotels & Resorts, LLC and is responsible for providing the leadership to the hospitality management operational team in each of his assigned hotels.

Mr. Nelker was previously Vice President, Area Manager of Durbin Companies. He also served in such hospitality manager roles as the opening General Manager for the award winning Marriott in Greenville, SC. Prior to joining Durbin Companies, he served in the capacity of General Manager at the Marriott in Corpus Christi, Texas; the Hilton in Columbus, Georgia; and the Melbourne Hilton at Rialto Place in Melbourne, Florida. Earlier hospitality management positions include the Resident Manager at the 500-room Holiday Inn, Tampa, Florida, and the 1,077-room Orlando Marriott. Mr. Nelker also has Rooms Operations experience with Hyatt Hotels where he worked for seven years in four different locations. He began his hospitality management career as the General Manager of a restaurant located in a 51-story office building in downtown New Orleans.

Mr. Nelker holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from The Citadel. He was awarded "Hotelier of the Year" for the state of South Carolina in 1995 and received the Marriott "General Manager of the Year" recognition in 1996. Mr. Nelker is past Chairman of the Greenville, South Carolina Convention & Visitor's Bureau, President of the State Hotel Motel Association, and he takes part in various advisory committees relating to education and development of tourism.

Terri Ryan


Vice President of Operations

Terri Ryan
Terri Ryan is based in Washington, D.C., and oversees Crestline's managed hotels in the greater D.C.-Metro area. She brings vast experience in hospitality management and an in-depth knowledge of the D.C. market to this position. Since 2006, she served as the General Manager for The Melrose Hotel in Washington, D.C. Prior to that, she was the General Manager for The Holiday Inn on the Hill, and the Radisson Barcelo Washington, D.C., when they were Crestline- managed hotel properties. Prior to joining Crestline, Ms. Ryan was the General Manager of the Loews Annapolis Hotel, and the regional Food & Beverage Director for Loews L'Enfant Plaza and Loews Annapolis Hotel. Her hospitality management experience also includes the role of Food & Beverage Director at the Sonoma Mission Inn and Spa in California.

Ms. Ryan is a graduate of The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., and is active in the hospitality industry. She is currently Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors for the Hotel Association of Washington, D.C. and a 1997 graduate of Leadership Washington. In 2001, Ms. Ryan was a mayoral appointee to the first Board of Directors for the Washington Convention and Tourism Corporation, now Destination D.C., and continues to serve on the Destination D.C. Board, representing the hotel industry.

Craig Roback

Craig Roback
Craig Roback is a Vice President of Operations for Crestline Hotels & Resorts, LLC  and is responsible for providing the leadership to the hospitality management operational team in each of his assigned hotels. He is based in Crestline's Virginia Beach, Virginia office.

Mr. Roback joined Crestline in 2008, bringing extensive hospitality management experience spanning more than 30 years to the company. Prior to joining Crestline Hotels &Resorts, he was Vice President of Operations with Tidewater Hotels and Resorts and has held multi-unit leadership positions with Tramz Hotels as well as Winegardner & Hammons, Inc. His on-property hospitality management experience includes the position of General Manager at various hotels.

Mr. Roback serves on the City of Virginia Beach Resort Advisory Commission and is a graduate of Paul Smith College with an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
