For hotel buyers, Crestline provides underwriting and market assessments.  Crestline will evaluate immediate capital expenditure requirements and price-out brand PIPs.

Network of Trust Capital Partners

Crestline can help source equity or mezzanine financing through its network of trust capital partners.  Crestline can also provide direct mezzanine or working capital loans.  Crestline actively tracts acquisition opportunities nationwide and can assist in sourcing new investment leads.  In addition, Crestline is actively looking to acquire portfolios of hotel properties where Crestline can increase the assets' values by taking over management.
