First-class.
World-class. Crestline Hotels & Resorts is in a
class of its own when it comes to hospitality.
From luxury urban landmarks to cozy boutique retreats,
Crestline Hotels & Resorts manages some of the most
memorable hotel and resort properties in the United
States.
In March of 2000, Crestline Hotels & Resorts was
formed with plans to become one of the industry's largest
independent operators. Today, those plans have come
to fruition.
Crestline
Hotels & Resorts was established upon acquiring
the infrastructure, management contracts and leases
of two privately held, highly respected hotel management
companies — Atlanta-based Stormont Trice Management
Corporation and Virginia-headquartered Durbin Companies,
Inc. The acquisition proved to be a successful platform
for expansion, and Crestline Hotels & Resorts has
grown to become one of the largest independent hospitality
management companies in the nation.
In
June of 2002, Crestline Capital Corporation, parent
company of Crestline Hotels & Resorts, merged with
Barceló Corporación Empresarial—the
parent company of Barceló Hotels & Resorts.
After the merger, Crestline Capital Corporation
became a wholly owned subsidiary
of Barceló Corporación Empresarial and
changed its name to Barceló Crestline Corporation.
Based in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, Barceló Hotels
and Resorts, together with its affiliates, is one
of
the world's largest hospitality companies.
Barceló
Crestline Corporation has provided a strong platform
for growth for subsidiary Crestline Hotels & Resorts.
Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc., based in McLean, Virginia is a “Top 10 Hotel Management Company” as ranked by HotelBusiness magazine in 2007. Lodging Hospitality magazine featured Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc. as number 8 on it's list of "Top Management Companies".
